Mild stains can be gently removed using a damp sponge with dishwashing soap and water.
My case is damaged. What can I do?

When will my product ship?
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your item ships. All orders will ship within 24 hours, unless it was placed on the weekend or after 12:00 PM PST Friday.
How do I log in to check my order?
We apologize, but there is no way to log into the site to check your order. We are happy to update you via email.
Do you have a retail store?
ADOPTED products can be purchased online and in-store at Best Buy, Sprint, and Barneys New York. You can also purchase direct from our website ADOPTEDNYC.COM.
I received a tracking number for an international order but it shows my product delivered to a different address a year ago?
The USPS recycles their tracking numbers; allow one to two business days for them to update their tracking info.
I never received my order?
